Delivery

 If you require your order urgently and would like next day delivery then please get in touch before placing your order. Cut off time for next day delivery is 3pm.

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in five working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact us at jewels4eva@outlook.com

Orders £30 or over qualify for free shipping, which will be sent in Royal Mail signed for. Any orders with a value of less than £30 will incur a delivery charge of £2.50 per order. All orders are sent in Royal Mail Second Class. 

OTHER INFORMATION

For signed for items if you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver they will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.

We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over Bank Holidays.

Standard delivery orders to most areas of Mainland UK should arrive within five working days.  Exceptions to this are deliveries to AB and DD postcodes, Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.  Deliveries to these areas will take up to seven working days to arrive.

NOT RECIEVED YOUR ORDER?

Please contact us using our contact email with the date your order was placed, your reference number for each order, your full name, billing address and phone number.

Please allow six working days before querying your UK order, or eight working days before querying your Northern Ireland, AB postcodes, Highlands and Islands orders.

The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges
